Individual Counseling

Individual counseling is an opportunity to talk confidentially with a counselor about personal concerns and to facilitate personal growth. The counselor and client work together to define and discuss personal issues and to reach mutually agreed upon goals. Our counseling center and network of therapists offer  help  for a range of issues such as:

·    Anxiety (panic attacks, test anxiety, social anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorders)
·    Eating Disorders
·    Relationship difficulties
·    Family Conflict
·    Grief and Loss
·    Self Esteem
·    Sexuality
·    Substance Abuse
·    Crisis Intervention
·    Sexual Assault/Trauma
·    Anger Management

Counselors are available to discuss personal concerns an individual or couple may be facing and will work with them to develop new ways of potentially resolving or mastering the problem. Counseling is provided by Licensed  Marriage & Family Therapists, Registered Interns and Masters Level therapists. Staff that are not fully licensed are supervised by Licensed Professionals.
